Our thoughts are powerful things. No matter what happens to us in life, it's our state of mind that determines whether the event leaves a good mark or a bad one. Regardless of the initial impression, you can choose to go along with it, or choose to change it. You see, our initial response is always automatic, pre-programmed in our subconscious. Where we go with the first reaction, how we respond to it, is totally up to us.
You can choose a life of positivity and happiness if you'd like. I'm not saying it's easy... because I frequently have trouble finding the silver lining of a situation. However, if we can make a conscious decision to change our thoughts happiness can be found in places we never imagined.
Day 7: Change your thinking process, choose to see the upside, and don't waste a second of happiness!
